These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern your (hereinafter “Customer” or “you”) rights and obligations when purchasing products and receiving services from the Company through our website, physical store, or any other sales channels. By accessing our services, placing an order, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Scope of Application These Terms apply to all products sold by the Company, including but not limited to electric scooters, tricycles, electric motorcycles, and related accessories. They apply equally to in-store and online transactions.

2. Orders and Formation of Contract

  • Prices, stock availability, and product descriptions displayed on the website constitute an invitation to treat and not a binding offer to sell.
  • A binding contract is formed only upon your submission of an order and completion of payment, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to confirm, reject, or cancel orders within a reasonable period (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons).
  • In the event of cancellation by us, we will refund the full amount paid.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
  • Accepted payment methods include online credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (where available), and other specified methods.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment information. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from payment errors.

4. Delivery and Transfer of Risk and Title

  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided after order confirmation and may be affected by logistics, stock availability, or customs procedures (if applicable).
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the goods to you or your designated recipient. Title to the goods passes to you only upon full payment.
  • If you refuse delivery or fail to collect the goods, we reserve the right to charge additional storage or return fees.

5. Inspection and Acceptance You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.   • Warranty service must be performed at authorized service centers. We will provide assistance, but transportation costs remain your responsibility.

  • We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, war, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
  • Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product(s).

9. Intellectual Property All content on our website (text, images, designs, trademarks, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes.
