  • We currently offer delivery services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE Mainland), covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other major emirates.
  • Remote areas (such as certain desert or island locations) may incur additional fees or extended delivery times; please contact us prior to ordering for confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment completion.
  • Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on stock availability, logistics, and traffic conditions.
  • Larger items (such as tricycles and electric motorcycles) may require an additional 1–2 days for specialized packaging and transport arrangement.
  • Tracking information (where applicable) will be provided via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Fees and Calculation

  • Small items (such as accessories or certain scooters): Free shipping may apply on orders exceeding a specified amount [e.g., AED 500]; otherwise, a fixed or weight-based fee applies.
  • Large items (such as tricycles, electric motorcycles): Shipping fees are generally approximately AED 200 (exact amount varies based on product model, dimensions, weight, and delivery location).
    • Dubai city and nearby areas: Approximately AED 150–250.
    • Other emirates: May incur an additional AED 50–100.
  • Final shipping fees, inclusive of VAT where applicable, are displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Method

  • Large products are transported by professional logistics partners, typically on a door-to-door basis (requiring the customer or designated recipient to be present at the specified address).
  • We may contact you via WhatsApp prior to delivery to confirm the time and address.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge additional storage or redelivery fees.

5. Risk and Title Transfer

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to you or your designated recipient.
  • Title to the goods passes to you only upon full payment.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the product for completeness and condition.
